Farmington sophomore Lindsey Scogin has been recognized as a merit honoree by the United Nations at the 4th Annual National Community Service Awards. These National Community Service Awards connect student service activity to the United Nations Global Goals.  These goals were adopted by all United Nations member states in 2015, outlining 17 goals for a better world by 2030.

Lindsey has participated in a number of community service projects that have positively impacted the people around her.  Some of these are making get well cards for chemotherapy patients, volunteering at a local food pantry, and volunteering in a church nursery.  She has spent over 150 hours in the past couple years volunteering.  For a complete list of all of her impact on our community please visit https://innerview.org/lindseys...

We are proud to call Lindsey a Farmington Cardinal!  She embodies the true sense of human/servant and is inspiring others to do the same.  She is making our school, community, and world a better place one project at a time!
