The Intermediate Treble and Intermediate Tenor/Bass choirs recently spread some Christmas cheer by singing for patrons of the food court in the NWA mall. Afterwards they made a stop at the Jones Center and enjoyed ice skating! #ESED

We had our FJHS Annual Holiday Bake-Off this week and it was a huge success!

This month's Simple Simon's Pizza Cardinal of the Month at FJHS is Ethan Parker! Cardinals of the Month are selected for outstanding excellence or character traits in their classroom or school building! #ESED

Thank you to ARVEST Bank’s Farmington branch manager, Shannon Sallee, and loan officer, Skye Main, for visiting our Personal Finance classes last week! Students enjoyed learning about banking and appreciated the prizes awarded for their engagement in the activities.

Personal Finance is a new semester course at FJHS taught by Mrs. Jo Lawson. These photos highlight students presenting their end-of-class projects.

Last week, Mrs. Bailey's Intro to Education class visited the Northwest Arkansas Education Service Cooperative. They learned all about the services and support that it offers to teachers. #ESED

FJHS students had a tasty treat in Ms. Waggle’s Family and Consumer Science classes! Guest presenter Bella stopped by to teach students the art of creating charcuterie boards, and they had a great time learning new skills. Thank you for sharing your talent with us, Bella! #ESED

Congratulations to FJHS 8th grade FFA member Corbin Young! He earned Grand Champion Shrop at the Arkansas State Fair and was inducted into the Arkansas Purple Circle Club. We are so proud of this outstanding accomplishment! #ESED

Our PTSO helped FJHS staff kick off the “12 Days Until Holiday Break” with a Holly Jolly Trolly Cart full of treats! Thank you to PTSO for brightening our day. We also enjoyed a fun pairing game in the front office to keep the holiday spirit going! #ESED
