Farmington Families- In support of our Cardinal football team’s participation in the 5A State Football Finals in Little Rock on Friday, December 6th, we will be releasing school early that day at 1:30 PM. This early release will allow both staff and students the necessary time to travel safely to the event.
Both after-school programs will be available at 1:30 PM for students already enrolled in them.
We encourage our community to support the team and join us in celebrating their outstanding achievement this season. Please make arrangements for your child’s early dismissal on Friday, and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Sincerely,
Farmington Public Schools

Simple Simon's Pizza Fundraiser November 19th 5-8 pm to benefit Farmington's Shop with a Cop Program
Parents, we initiated a shelter-in-place at approximately 2:00 PM at Folsom Elementary. A few students reported seeing someone suspicious around the maintenance shed with a possible weapon. The police responded and cleared the building in question. Camera footage showed nothing out of the ordinary. We believe it was possibly one of our maintenance workers. Safety is our top priority.
Farmington Schools will proceed with the regular dismissal schedule and transportation today. However, due to the potential for severe weather, all after-school activities and programs have been canceled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. #ESED
According to forecasts, we are expecting unstable weather patterns this afternoon. We are monitoring this situation to determine if any changes to the school schedule or bus routes are needed. Updates will be communicated via our app & website as we get more information. #ESED
